This policy covers the website at mrocchio.com, run by M Rocchio Retirement Services in Daytona Beach, Florida. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send a message, request the annuities guide, or ask to hear about seminars, we receive what you type into the form: typically your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and your message. When you book a meeting, Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to send you what you asked for, and to prepare for a meeting you booked. If you ask to hear about seminars, we email you when dates are set. That is the extent of it.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who else sees it
A small number of service providers handle data on our behalf so the site works: our web host, our email delivery service, and Calendly for bookings. Each is bound to use your information only to provide that service to us. Beyond that, we share information only when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses a session cookie so forms work securely. Calendly may set its own cookies when you use the booking calendar. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as we might reasonably need them to help you, and then removed. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call (386) 212-9960 and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
