Educational, not advice

Everything on this website is general education. It is written to help you understand how retirement income, trusts, probate, and related topics work. It is not advice about your situation, and it should not be relied on as such. What is right for you depends on facts we do not have until we talk.

Who we are, and who we are not

Michelle Rocchio is a licensed insurance and annuity professional in the State of Florida. Her license number is shown in the footer of every page. She is not an attorney, an accountant, or a registered investment adviser, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Where estate planning documents are involved, they are drafted and reviewed by licensed attorneys through the home office we work with, and you will always know who is doing what before any work begins.

Dominick Borgia is a commissioned Florida notary public. Notarization confirms the identity of signers and the act of signing. It is not a review of a document's contents and is not legal advice.

About guarantees

Any guarantee described in connection with an insurance or annuity product is a guarantee of the issuing insurance company and depends on that company's ability to pay its claims. Such products are not deposits, are not insured by the FDIC or any other government agency, and are not backed by any bank or government. Nothing on this site promises a particular rate, return, or outcome.

Seminars and printed material

Seminars and the annuities guide are educational. Attending or reading does not create a client relationship and carries no obligation. No products are sold at seminars.

Links

This site links to a small number of outside services, such as Calendly for bookings. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Not sure where to start?

Start with a free consultation.

Bring what you have. Michelle looks at it with you, points out the gaps, and tells you plainly if you do not need anything. Free, with no obligation, and nothing is sold in the first meeting.
