Inside the Kress Building, downtown Daytona Beach

Our office is in the Kress Building on South Beach Street, a few blocks from the river. Come in through the main entrance and we are in Suite 104 on the ground floor. Street parking is close by, and there is no step up into the building.

If travel is difficult, most meetings can be held by video instead, and notarization can be handled online.

What does the first meeting cost?

Nothing. The first conversation is free and there is no obligation afterward.

Will I be sold something?

Not in the first meeting. We start by looking at what you already have and where the gaps are. Whether any product makes sense comes later, if at all.

What should I bring?

Whatever you have: account statements, an existing trust or will, and beneficiary designations. If you are not sure what applies, come anyway and we will work out what is missing together.

Do you meet remotely?

Yes. Meetings can be held in person at the Daytona Beach office or by video, and notarization can be handled online through remote online notarization.

The office is in downtown Daytona Beach, and most families come from the towns on this list. Further out, meetings happen by video, Michelle travels to clients when that is easier, and documents can be notarized online.
